7CC Ltd has applied to Camden Council for a new premises licence for Huong Viet, 1 Percy Street, Fitzrovia.
Permission is sought for the sale of late night refreshment, and alcohol to drink both on and off the premises, from 10am to 1am the following morning, every day of the week.
The business is described as a restaurant and bar and a number of conditions have been offered in support of the application.
