Planning applications listed by Westminster City Council (WCC) and Oxford Street Development Corporation (OSDC) during September 2026 in Fitzrovia West.

WCC listed 11 planning applications and OSDC listed five.

WCC made decisions on 19 applications, and OSDC decided three. An application at 87 Great Portland Street (in the Marylebone area) was also withdrawn.

Please note that this page was edited on Wednesday 7 October to add one application to the September list and to remove all OSDC applications (and decisions) outside of Fitzrovia West. The latter was done to make the page easier to read for residents in Fitzrovia, which this news site primarily serves.
