Spearmint Rhino Companies Europe Ltd has applied to Camden Council for a renewal of its sexual entertainment venue licence at 161 Tottenham Court Road in Fitzrovia.
The application seeks a renewal of the licence on the same terms, with the opening hours as 9am to 4am the following morning from Monday to Saturday, and from 10am to 2am on Sundays.
According to the application submitted, the premises is closed due to flood damage and is likely to remain closed until autumn 2027 or winter 2028.
