Percy Holding Group Ltd, also known as Seven Percy Street Ltd, has applied to Camden Council for a new premises licence at the ground floor and basement of 7 Percy Street in Fitzrovia.

Permission is sought for licensable activities, including the sale of alcohol to drink on the premises from 2pm to 1.30am the following morning, every day of the week.

Other activities include live music, karaoke, and late night refreshment.

“The premises will operate as a private members’ entertainment venue with admission restricted to members and their genuine guests,” states the application.

A public consultation on the application is open until 22 April 2026.

Residents in Camden may also contact the Charlotte Street Association for help and advice in responding to planning and licensing applications.

A previous application by Percy Holding Group Ltd sought a “club premises licence” at the same address but this was refused by a Camden licensing panel on 26 February 2026, “due to a lack of confidence in how the premises would be operated, with particular concern that the applicant was not present” at the hearing.

This application was due to be heard at a Camden Licensing Panel at 7pm on Thursday 4 June 2026, but on Wednesday 3 June licensing officers said that the application had been withdrawn.
