Westminster City Council has validated 10 planning applications in Fitzrovia West so far during June 2026.

Nine decisions on previous applications have been made.

  • Amendments to previous permission for external alterations to hotel at 30-52 Rathbone Street;
  • Installation of replacement mechanical plant units at 41 Great Portland Street;
  • Detail required by previous permission at 2-13 Rathbone Place, 1-6 Gresse Street, and 7-15 Gresse Street;
  • Details of public access to the listed chapel and operational management plans required by previous permission to redevelop at 82 Margaret Street.
