Tassen Limited has applied to Westminster Council for a new premises licence for All Saints Chapel, 6 Marylebone Passage, off Margaret Street, in Fitzrovia West.

Permission is sought for a number of licensable activities to cover events, and the sale of alcohol to drink both on and off the premises: 10am to midnight, Monday to Thursday; 10am to 2.30am the following morning on Friday and Saturday; and 12 noon to 10.30pm on Sunday.

All Saints Chapel is a Grade II listed building and part of the former All Saints Convent (aka All Saints House) at 82-83 Margaret Street. It was the subject of a public consultation ahead of a planning application.

Permission was granted by Westminster Council in 2024 for the premises to be used as short-let accommodation as well as other uses. Construction work is currently underway on site.

To view the details of the application and to make a comment, see the application on Westminster Council’s website.

Editor’s note. This page was updated on 25 August 2026. A premises licence application for this site (with reference 26/05707/LIPN, 6 Marylebone Passage, London W1W 8EX.) was previously advertised seeking permission for licensable activities to cover events, and the sale of alcohol to drink both on and off the premises: 10am to 11.30pm, Monday to Thursday; 10am to midnight on Friday and Saturday; and from 12 noon to 10.30pm on Sunday. That application had a public consultation until 28 August 2026, but the application was withdrawn from the licensing register before that deadline.
