Westminster City Council (WCC) validated nine planning applications in Fitzrovia West during August 2026.

Oxford Street Development Corporation (OSDC) has listed 31 applications in West End ward, which includes Fitzrovia West, after it took on local planning authority (LPA) powers this month.

This report will be updated until the monthly list for August 2026 is complete.

Among the applications this month are:

  • Alterations at 6 Bourlet Close (application withdrawn by WCC)
  • Replacement of all facade cladding at Holcroft Court (WCC);
  • Seasonal lighting along Great Portland Street (WCC);
  • Mechanical plant at basement 57-59 Goodge Street (OSDC).
