
Fitzrovia Operations Limited has applied to Westminster Council for a new premises licence at Dila, 27-31 Charlotte Street in Fitzrovia West.
Permission is being sought for the sale of alcohol on and off the premises and late night refreshment from 9am to 11.30pm from Monday to Thursday, 9am to midnight on Friday and Saturday, and from 9am to 10.30pm on Sunday.
According to the council, the venue intends to operate as a restaurant and bar. The application site, which was previously a bank, is currently undergoing building work and a fit out.
A public consultation on the application is open until 14 January 2026.

Due to ongoing technical issues caused by a breach of its computer system, Westminster Councilโs Licensing Service is still unable to produce the usual details of applications.
